Cooking Instructions

Soak the rice for 2-3 hours and wash 3-4 times, drain the water and keep aside.

Now heat up a vessel with oil and add the whole spices sauté for few seconds.

Then add 5 cups of water and salt, bring it to boil. Add the washed rice and mix it and boil it on high flame till the water absorbed by rice. (do not fully dry the water).

After that simmer the flame and cover the lid of vessel and cook on low flame for 10- 12 minutes and turn off the flame.

Serve hot with korma or anything.
