  2. 1/2 kgOil
  3. 3,4Onion
  4. 1 tbspGinger paste
  5. 1 tbspGarlic
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. 4, 5Green chillies
  8. coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  10. 1 tbspZeera powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tbspRed chilli Powder
  13. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tbspGaram masala powder

    First of all mutton ko achi tarah Wash kar lain.

    Then mutton ko pressure m dall kar us main salt, black pepper, onion rings or water add kar k 15 minutes steam Dein lain.

    After 15 minutes pressure ko khol lain or tb tak pakayin jab tak Pani Khushk ho jaye.

    Jab Sara Pani Khushk ho jaye to us main oil add kryn.or Sath Ginger, garlic paste add kar k fry karain.

    Then us main tomatoes, green chillies, salt to taste, red chilli Powder, Turmeric powder, zeera powder, garam masala, coriander powder add kar k axhi tarah bhonai kryn.

    Jab mutton ki bhonai ho jaye to mutton ko ik bowl mein nikaal lain or us main garam masala powder, coriander leaves add kar lain.
