Take a bowl starin white flour in it add yeast, salt,oil,dry milk, icing sugar, egg and mix now gradually add lukewarm water in it and make a smooth dough.

For filling ingredients : boneless chicken 250 gm black olives to taste, black pepper 1 tsp, chilli flakes ¼ tsp salt to taste, cheddar cheese 4 tbsp, spring onion 2 tbsp, butter 1 tbsp,sesame seeds for sprinkle, beaten egg 1

For filling:Boil the chicken and shredded it now add black pepper salt, chilli flakes,spring onion, cheddar cheese, some black olives

Take a dough cut into 2 piece depending on what size you want.Now roll the dough with the help of rolling pin, roll a dough to a rectangle shape and cut diagonal shape and prepared mixture in it give it fish shape and spread beaten egg and some sesame seeds on it, and bake on 200 degree C for 27 to 30 minutes

Brush the butter when it ready and serve.
