  3. to taste salt
  4. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tspcumin powder
  7. 2 tspMixed herbs
  8. 2 tbspgreen coriander
  9. 1/2 glasswater
  10. as neededOil for frying

    Firstly,prepare a besan batter by adding into it salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,mixed herbs and corianders.Now add water according to the thick consistency.

    Then after that cut, all the cauliflowers.

    Now marinate this cauliflower or gobhi in that besan batter and leave it for 10 mins.

    Atlast fry all the coated cauliflower and deep fry it until crisp golden brown in colour

    Ready to serve hot.
