Stuffed naan
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl the flour with baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, curd, mix well. Add warm water mix well until it forms a dough.
- 2
- 3
Then knead with your hands for about 5 minutes or until you get a smooth and slightly sticky dough. Thr dough should be quite soft and just slightly sticky, if it's too dry add a few tsp of water and knead again
- 4
Cover the dough, let it rest for about 2 hrs, prepare the filling.
- 5
Take a plate then in a plate mashed potatoes and panner
- 6
Add coriander leaves,chilli powder, salt
- 7
Once the dough has almost doubled in size knead it a few seconds and divide into 4 balls
- 8
On a floured surface roll out one ball into a thin round. Place about 2tsp of the filling in the center of the naan. Next pull the edge of the dough to enclose the filling trying not to leave air inside.
- 9
Using your hands flatten the ball again into a thin oval shape. I recommend using your hands instead of a rolling pin to prevent the dough from cracking you don't want the filling to escape. Repeat with the remaining dough
- 10
Heat a tsp of oil in a non-stick tawa over high heat. Once the tawa is very hot,add a naan and cook for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. The flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat brush with melted butter.
- 11
Serve warm with your favorite dip.

Hariyali Chicken and Butter Naan Hariyali Chicken and Butter Naan
Whether it's Sunday or Monday, lunch or dinner, my family always prefers non-vegetarian dishes. We never miss a chance to enjoy non-veg food. Be it a birthday, guests visiting, or just the desire for something delicious, everyone always requests a non-veg recipe. Out of fish, mutton, and keema, chicken is everyone's favorite. At my house, we usually make chicken once a week, mostly on Sundays. No matter how it's prepared, everyone enjoys it. I also find it very comfortable to make because it's loved for both lunch and dinner. And if I can make butter naan along with it, it's just perfect. So, let me share my comfort food recipe with you.
