Ingredients

  1. 5potatoes
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 1/2 Bowlmatar
  5. 4green chillies
  6. As Per Tastesalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  13. 2-3 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  14. somecoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

    Then add chopped onion and green chillies to it. Add chopped tomatoes and matar and saute them till they become soft.

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it.

    Add the potatoes and stir. Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistle then on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.

    Garnish with some coriander leaves. serve this sabji with pooris or roti.
