  5. 1small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves

    For the filling, heat Oil at first. Now add crushed Coriander seeds, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Green chilies, and chopped Red Onion. Saute all of that on a low heat until the raw smell fades away and the Onions are nicely sauteed. Now add the powdered spices and the boiled and chopped Spring Onions. Followed by the chopped Vegetables. You can choose your family's favorite ones.

    Give it all a good mix. Cover and cook on low heat until the raw smell fades away. But remember that there is no need to cook much, just about 10-12 minutes, and then take it off the heat. Set aside until use.

    Place the filling of about a tablespoon or a little more in each Samosa Leaf. Fold it neatly giving it a triangular shape and seal the edges with some Flour and water paste. That's it. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Yum!

    After done with all, it's time to serve these tempting homemade yummy Samosas with Green Chutney. You can serve them with any other Chutney of your choice if desired. Enjoy! Yum!
