Ingredients

  1. 500 gBeans
  2. Crayfish Powder 2cksp
  3. 10 gOnga Curry
  4. 10 gOnga Stew
  5. 10 gOnga Classic
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 11/2 CupVeg oil
  8. Pepper 10g(Habanero)
  9. Onions 1big
  10. 15 gCayenne Pepper
  11. Peeled Ginger 1big Chunk(diced)
  12. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and remove coat from beans

    Soak for 15mins

  3. 3

    Peel and Wash onions, ginger and pepper, add to beans

  4. 4

    Blend till smooth with enough water,eych that you get a medium consistency

  5. 5

    Now,add oil, seasoning, Crayfish powder,lil salt,mix well

  6. 6

    Add warm water to loosen it up to your desired consistency

  7. 7

    Taste to adjust with salt or any other ingredients

    Now scoop into Leaf and wrap

  9. 9

    Cook for 15 mins
