Ingredients

  1. 250 gmChicken qeema
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspg.g paste
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspcrushed red chilli
  6. 1 tsproasted and crushed coriander seeds
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tsproasted and crushed cumin seeds
  9. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  10. 200 gmchopped onion
  11. 1/2 cupfresh coriander chopped
  12. Manda patti as required
  13. 2 tbspflour
  14. 1 tbspwater or as required

Cooking Instructions

    In frying pan, add oil, mince and mix well until changes color

    Add g.g paste, add crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, red chilli powder, chilli flakes,black pepper, salt mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add fresh coriander and chopped onion and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
    Let it cool down

    In small bowl add flour, water and mix well to make a smooth paste and set aside.

    Take manda patti and make pocket, add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with flour and water paste.

    Similarly make other samosas (make about 16 to 18).
    Place in airtight box and freeze and save for iftar.
