  1. 6-7boil potatoes
  2. 3green chilli cut into small pieces
  3. 2 spoonoil
  4. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. As required butter
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 spoonamchoor powder
  10. 1 pinchgaram masala
  11. As RequiredAs required bread slices

    Boil potatoes and smash them in a bowl.

    Kadai on gas add oil when oil becomes hot add cumin seeds asafoetida when this tempering then add potato salt and red chilli powder amchoor powder and garam masala...

    Mix it well take for bread slice spread potato mixture in slice cover up second slice...

    Spread butter on top and down side of the bread slice when both sides look golden brown....

    Your aloo toast is ready hot serve with tomato sauce...
