Prepare mashed potatoes as you would normally, see mashed potatoes recipe

Brown the ground beef in a skillet on med heat, then drain excess grease

Follow Taco seasoning packet seasoning directions

Spread the seasoned beef on the bottom of a casserole dish

Drain the tomatoes, then add on top of the beef

Drain the corn and add on top of the tomatoes

Drop the mashed potatoes on top of the corn and spread smooth

Top everything in cheese

Bake for 30 min at 350° F or until you see bubbles on the edges
