Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 2 cups Boiled and shredded chicken (250 grams)
  2. 2 tablespoonOil
  3. 1 tablespoonTandoori masala
  4. 1 teaspoonRed chilli flakes
  5. 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonChilli sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  8. 1 smallCapsicum cut into cubes
  9. 2 tablespoonCorns
  10. 1 tablespoonAll-purpose flour
  11. 1 teaspoonButter
  12. half cupMilk
  13. 2 tablespoonCream
  14. half cupCheddar cheese (100 grams)
  15. 16 mediumBread slice
  16. 2-3eggs beaten
  17. as neededBread crumbs
  18. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    🌸MAKE FILLING — In a pan add oil,chicken, all sauces and veggies. Mix well cook for 2-3 minutes

    🌸Now add butter, flour, milk and cream. Mix on low flame and cook until well combined. Now add cheese amd turn of the flame.

    🌸Cut the corners of the slice and roll it thin with a rolling pin

    🌸Brush beaten egg at the corners of the slice Place filling, place another slice and press a little as shown in the video

    🌸 Now dip it in egg and roll in bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    🌸 Fry until crisp.
