  1. Ingredients
  2. 1small bag of frozen broccoli
  3. 1 lbbag of spiral noodles
  4. 1small bag frozen sliced carrots /or fresh carrots, sliced
  5. 1small can of corn (drained)
  6. 2large chicken breast
  7. Garlic butter spread
  8. Seasonings
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspblack ground pepper
  11. 1 tspGarlic powder
  12. 1 tsponion powder
  13. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  14. 1 dashpaprika
  15. 1/3 cupcool water
  16. Cookware
  17. 1large skillet

Cooking Instructions

    Thaw and cut your chicken breast into small square chunks. Place in a large bowl and add in all of your seasonings. Thoroughly coat your chicken chunks with your seasoning and place into a large skillet lightly coated with cooking spray or canola oil. Cook fully.

    In the same skillet as your chicken, place your frozen vegetables, your can of drained corn, add in your garlic spread to taste, and 1/3 cup of cool water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    In another medium sized pot, bring to a boil 2 cups of water. Add in your noodles and cook fully.

    Once your noodles have fully cooked, drain and add to your skillet with your veggies and chicken. Cook another 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Once your veggies have softened and cooked fully place on a plate and serve with or without some garlic bread sticks! ENJOY! 🤤
