Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsAll-purpose Flour
  2. 2 tbsTigernut Flour
  3. 5 tbsSugar
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. Flavour2tsp(vanilla& condensed milk)
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1Egg
  8. 1/4 CupOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,Mix flour,sugar,salt,baking powder, set aside

    Now break egg into a bowl,add flavours(1tsp each),whisk lightly, set aside

    Make a hole in flour bowl,add egg mixture

  4. 4

    Mix well,add water bit by bit,till smooth and has desired consistency

    Now set flame on low,put non-stick pan on it,add 1tbs of oil,spread it

    Scoop batter into pan

  7. 7

    Flip sides when it sets

  8. 8

    Repeat process,till you get desired texture

    Drain in a paper towel
