Our traditional Sunday morning pancakes. Add blueberries, chocolate chips, or whatever you're in the mood for :-)

I had a craving for some pancakes. I found a recipe in a cookbook and took out all the fancy stuff. They were very delicious. It makes about 18 5-inch pancakes.

As a kid we would stay with my Granny for a week during summer break. She would make pancakes and we would put strawberry jam on the pancakes. I didn't have jam but I did have some strawberries in their own juices and sugar, almost like syrup.
