  1. 3 tbspSattu (roasted chana flour)
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2green chilli chopped
  4. 1small pc grated ginget
  5. as per taste salt
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice (optional)
  7. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  8. as per needice cubes

    Arrange all the ingredients at one place.

    In a large bowl or jug add chopped chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, curd & blend well. - masala buttermilk is ready.

    Then add sattu flour, little water, lime juice & blend again.

  4. 4

    Add ice cubes & churn it.

  5. 5

    Add some ice cubes to serving glass & pour the prepared buttermilk.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander 🌿.

  7. 7

    Stir well before serving & kerp stirring while drinking.
