Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 2 Cupswater
  2. 2 Cupsfine rice flour
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 2 Tbspcoconut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, add water, salt and coconut oil. Let it boils. Add rice flour in batches. Mix it well. Cover and cook it for some time. Let it cover.

    Wet your palms and start mixing the flour. It is very hot and you might find it difficult but do not stop. Divide into equal portions. Roll it with help of some rice flour.

    If you want to cut the edges, use thali for that otherwise small cracks are good. Roast it in hot tawa on both sides.

    Serve hot with any curry.

  5. 5

    Tip - Tawa should be very hot when you roast Pathiri otherwise it will stick to tawa.
