Ingredients

Makes 1 litre approx
  1. 750 gdrained chickpeas (tinned)
  2. 125 gwhite onion (finely diced)
  3. 2-3 clovesgarlic (crushed and puréed)
  4. 10 gpaprika
  5. 187 gTahini paste
  6. Olive oil to adjust consistency
  7. Juice of 2 lemons
  8. Salt, white pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor and drizzle in the olive oil a little at a time. Until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and white pepper, plus more lemon juice if needed.
