  2. 1/2 cupcurd some water mix keep 6-7 hours
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 1 tspginger chilli paste
  5. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  6. For tadka
  7. 1 spoonoil
  8. 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  9. leavesChopped coriander
  10. 2 spoonssugar
  11. As Per Requiredwater

    Mix besan g. chilli paste, eno, sugar, salt.properly.

    Grease dhokla pan.Pour batter. Cook 15-20 minutes

    When cools cut it into square pieces. Give tadka. Garnish with coriander.
