Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 2 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Pinchturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Pinchbaking soda
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp Eno
  11. For tempting
  12. 1spoon oil
  13. 2chopped green chilli (I m not use)
  14. 2 tapsugar
  15. 1 tsplemon juice
  16. 2 cupwater
  17. as neededCoriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl add besan, semolina, curd, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric, and add water mix well.

    Then add sugar mix well.Add baking soda or 2 drop lemon juice. Keep aside 30 min.

    Add eno mix well. Then take grease bowl pour it and steam 30 min.

  4. 4

    Then take a pan add oil heat it add green chilli and saute add sugar and water boil it.At last add lemon juice.pour this mixture on dhokla. Garnish with coriander.
