Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1 cupgrated potato
  2. 1/4 cupboiled green peas
  3. 1/4 cupboiled carrot
  4. 2 tbspboiled beans
  5. 2 tspgreen chilli and ginger paste
  6. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  7. 1 cupwashed flattened rice (medium poha)
  8. 1 tspcoriander and cumin powder
  9. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. as requiredsalt to taste
  12. as requiredoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients well.

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round tikki.

    Take a deep frying pan, put oil into it.

  4. 4

    When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the tikkis till golden brown in colour from both the sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
