We almost use potatoes to make tikki which is not healthy .l added few healthy veggies in it .It turns out bhi tasty & healthy for all.
Steps

In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash them gently.

In another bowl,add all the veggies with all the ingredients.

Mix them bhi well.

Make a smooth paste of cornflour with water.

Add breadcrumbs in to a bowl.

Now add all the mixed veggies in to mashed potatoes.

Mix them well & add 1 cup of breadcrumbs & again mix them.

Now add chopped green coriander leaves & knead with smooth hands.

Make tikkies from the dough.U can give any type of shape.Take 1 tikki,first dip it in cornflour paste.

Take it out & cover it with breadcrumbs.

Do same process with rest of the tikkies.Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the tikkies till they become golden in colour.

Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
