  3. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoonHaldi
  5. 2 table spoonDhaniya powder
  6. 4 Onion medium size
  7. 1/4 teaspoonmethi Dana
  8. Hara dhaniya garnish ke liye
  9. 1 teaspoonPisa garam masala
  10. 1 cupOil
  11. 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste

    Ek pan main oil add Karein or jub oil garam hojay TU onion add Kar ke fry karein

    Jub onion golden brown hojay TU us ko Nikal ke curd main grind Kar ke paste bana le

    Phir us he oil mein methi Dana zeera ginger garlic paste dal ke fry karein achi tarha

    Phir fish bhi add Kar ke fry karein 1 mint tak

    Phir is main sare masale add karein salt red chilli powder Dhania powder haldi or piyaz Jo dahi mein grind ki thi who bhi

    Phir is ko cover Kar ke 15 mint tak pakay

    15 mint bad achi tarha bhone spoon nahi chalana fish toot jaygi
