Ingredients

3 people
  1. For the Chickpeas
  2. Pre Boiled Chickpeas
  3. Red Bell Pepper
  4. 1Onion
  5. 2Large Tomatoes
  6. Cumin
  7. Garlic
  8. 2Knorr Beef Cubes
  9. 2 CupsRoyco mix (Royco & Water)
  10. For the Rice
  11. 2 tbspCoconut Oil
  12. 1 CupRice

Cooking Instructions

    Start your base by frying onions until they slightly turn color then add in tomatoes (grated tomatoes)

  2. 2

    Once the tomato mixture has started cooking add in garlic, cumin & one Knorr beef cube then stir and add one cup of the Royco mixture then add in the chickpeas as well as the red capsicum and cover for it to boil a little bit more

    After 10 minutes add in one Knorr beef cube and one cup of the royco mixture and let it simmer for another 10 minutes then garnish with basil and switch off the pot

    For the Rice: Heat 1tbsp Coconut oil in a pot with 1 tsp Salt and let it get hot till fragrant then add in the rice and fry for some few minutes then add 1tbsp of Coconut Oil again and fry the rice until it starts to pop a little then add in water (in relation to the amount of rice) then let it cook until ready to serve
