This recipe is probably in my top 3 of tapas. Using a piece of bread, scoop out prawns directly from the bowl and dip it in garlic infused oil. Just heaven

Ingredients

10 min
2 people
  1. 10prawns
  2. Half garlic bulb
  3. 2dried cayennes
  4. 1/2 cupvirgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

10 min
  1. 1

Start with the cold oil in a frying pan. Add the sliced garlic cloves and the chillies. Medium heat and stir from time to time to allow the oil to infuse with the garlic and chilli flavours. Once the slices of garlic are turning golden, add the peeled prawns. After just 30 seconds, remove the pan from the heat and cover it with a lid for 2 minutes. The prawns will be cooked by then.

  2. 2

Serve everything in a bowl. The best way of eating them is by scooping the prawns out with pieces of bread while dipping it in the infused oil.
