Ingredients

  • 4 cupuncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 Tblsmustard
  • 2 stalkscelery, chopped
  • 3eggs
  • 1red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1Large Onion, chopped
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tblssweet relish
  • 1cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir in onion, celery, green & red peppers, cucumber, 2 eggs and cooked macaroni. Garnish with egg slices and paprika. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
