Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl.
- 2
Add olive oil and warm water and stir.
- 3
Gradually add 1 cup of flour, add more as needed. The dough will be slightly sticky but manageable.
- 4
Drizzle a separate large clean bowl with olive oil and brush the sides. Dust hands with flour and form dough into a round ball and transfer to olive oil bowl. Cover bowl tightly and leave on counter. Let rise for 30 minutes or until double in size.
- 5
Preheat oven to 425. Deflate dough and transfer to lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
- 6
Transfer dough to parchment paper lined pan and pinch edges or fold over to form a crust. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and use pastry brush to spread.
- 7
Poke holes in the center of the pizza to keep from bubbling. Add sauce, toppings, and cheese and bake for 13-15 minutes.

This is my first attempt at a homemade pizza. You can choose to make your own marinara sauce from scratch but I just used the jarred stuff. Also this recipe uses a stand mixer, YOU DON'T NEED A STAND MIXER FOR THIS RECIPE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE.Max Lovato

This is a great 1-hour pizza recipe I got from Brian Lagerstrom on YouTube (highly recommend checking out his videos). It goes from the mixing bowl to the oven in about an hour and makes 2 pizzas. Carl Biba -

I have a pizza dough recipe that is my starting point, but you can use your favorite dough if you don’t care for mine. I (lightly) pre bake my crust. This keeps the center from being soggy. Kevin Reynolds -
