Tulsi leaves help to enhance immunity and expel phlegm in case you have a cough. As per studies, tulsi tea helps in maintaining the level of cortisol hormone in the body which is also known as the stress hormone. Tulsi tea lowers the levels of cortisol, which may reduce your overall stress as well as anxiety. Its a morning refreshing drink.
Here chai masala, I have used is homemade - using dry ginger, cloves, black pepper corns, cinnamon, green cardamon, fennel seeds, carram seeds, etc it help in cough & cold and also good for digestion.

Cooking Instructions

Take tulsi leaves rinse them and add in boiling water after tearing them.

Now add chai masala and boil on slow flame. When water reduces to half, add sugar and tea leaves and boil. Finally add milk and boil.

Now our tea is ready strain it in a mug.

Enjoy this tulsi masala chai with your favorite snacks, biscuits or cookies.
