Ingredients

  1. 2 kgchicken
  2. 2.5 kgboiled rice
  3. oil for frying
  4. 1.5 cupoil for biryani mixture
  5. red food color
  6. orange food color
  7. yellow food color
  8. 1 kgonion
  9. 1 kgtomatoes
  10. 3 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  11. salt to taste
  12. 2 packsbiryani masala
  13. fresh coriander leaves
  14. fresh mint leaves
  15. few chopped green chillies
  16. 4_5 lemon slices
  17. 2 tsp sabut garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry chicken

    Heat oil in a pan, and fry chicken until it get brown, when done set aside

  3. 3

    Now add oil in a big pot, heat oil and saute sabut garam masala for 1_2 mints

  4. 4

    Now add onion slices and fry until it get light brown

  5. 5

    Put out half onions and spread on the tissue

  6. 6

    Now add g.g paste and saute for a while and add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft

  7. 7

    Now add spices and bonify masala until oil comes out from corners

  8. 8

    Now add fried chicken and bonify again on high flame

  9. 9

    Turn off the flame.

    Spread half coriander leaves,mint leaves and chillies

    Add boiled rice, spread food color. dig lemon slices

  12. 12

    And again spread remaining fried onions, mint and coriander leaves and chillies,

    Make 2_3 holes with spoon in the rice for perfect steam

  14. 14

    Cover with cotton cloth and close the lid

  15. 15

    Put the griddle on low flame and place pot on griddle

  16. 16

    Let it steam for 20-30 mints. yummiest daigi biryani is ready to serve
