Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry chicken

Heat oil in a pan, and fry chicken until it get brown, when done set aside

Now add oil in a big pot, heat oil and saute sabut garam masala for 1_2 mints

Now add onion slices and fry until it get light brown

Put out half onions and spread on the tissue
- 6
Now add g.g paste and saute for a while and add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft

Now add spices and bonify masala until oil comes out from corners

Now add fried chicken and bonify again on high flame

Turn off the flame.

Spread half coriander leaves,mint leaves and chillies

Add boiled rice, spread food color. dig lemon slices

And again spread remaining fried onions, mint and coriander leaves and chillies,

Make 2_3 holes with spoon in the rice for perfect steam

Cover with cotton cloth and close the lid

Put the griddle on low flame and place pot on griddle

Let it steam for 20-30 mints. yummiest daigi biryani is ready to serve
