Ingredients

2 people
  • 1 cupcassava granules (garri)
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • Stock cubes (to taste)
  • Salt(to taste)
  • 1/2 cuphabanero peppers(chopped)
  • 1/4 cuponions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cupcabbage(sliced)
  • 1/4 cupgroundnut cake powder
  • 1/4 cupground pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl add the cassava granules and water

  2. 2

    Mix properly and let to soak until the granules are swollen

  3. 3

    In the soaked granules,add the vegetables

  4. 4

    Add the groundnut cake powder,ground pepper, seasoning and salt

  5. 5

    Mix well and serve

  6. 6

    Enjoy!!!
