Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken
  2. 4Tomatoes
  3. 6Green chillies
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 80% Boiled rice 1 kg
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbsBiryani Masala
  8. 1 tbsDegi lal Mitch
  9. 1 tbsCumin seeds
  10. Cinnamon sticks 2
  11. 4Tez path
  12. 1 tbsGinger garlic paste
  13. 4 tbsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take pan and add oil,tez path and cinnamon sticks and fry for 1min.

    Now add Cumin seed and ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 min.

  3. 3

    Now add chicken and fry for 6 mins on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Now add tomatoes and green chillies and all the spices and fry until oil seperates.

  5. 5

    Now add 4 tbs water to avoid burning

  6. 6

    Then add boiled rice and food colour and cook on low flame for 15 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy.
