Shimla mirch aloo ki sabji

Ingredients

  1. 2 medium sized capsicum cut into pcs
  2. 3-4potatoes
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. As Per Taste Salt
  5. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 spoonchilli powder
  7. 1 spooncoriander powder
  8. Half spoon garam masala
  9. 2 spoonsoil
  10. 1/2 spooncumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take all ingredients
    and cut the vegetables into small sizes.

    Now heat the pressure cooker add oil and add cumin seeds and roast the tomatoes.
    Now add the dry masalas like turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, and salt. Stir together for a few minutes.

    Add chopped vegetables and mix well and cover the pressure cooker till 2 whistle.

    Open the lid and add garam masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with garma garam roti.
