Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 11/4 cupwheat slightly coarse flour / wheat ladoo flour
  2. 3/4 cupghee
  3. 5 cupswater
  4. 1 cuporganic jaggery

Cooking Instructions

    In cooking pan add heat ghee. As it melts, add slightly coarse wheat flour and stirring constantly on low flame roast till nice aromatic and ghee separate.

    Side by side as we roast wheat ghee mixture..In another cooking vessel add water and grated jaggery. Keep it another gas flame for boiling on low medium flame.

    As ghee- wheat flour get roasted, pour hot jaggery water in it. Stirring continuously,seeing no lumps formed. Cook till mixture thickened and ghee separate. Off the flame. Keep covered for 10-15 minutes.

    First offer Atta Sheera in small bowl to Goddess Deity.. Then Serve/ Relish Delicious Atta Sheera Prasad.
