Dudura is a traditional Odia recipe. Mostly prepared in the "Swing festival"(Rajo) and also during "Manabasa gurubar " and offered to the Goddess Lakshmi.
Steps

Wash and soak the rice and urad dal separately for 4hours.

Grind it and mix it well. Then mix salt into it. Now the batter is ready.

Take 4 cups of batter in a bowl and mix Jaggery powder in it and mix it well.

Heat a Kadhai and put oil in it. Then put a ladle of batter in it and deep fry in oil till they become golden brown in colour on both the sides in low flame.

Now your Duduras are ready to serve.

Tips: The batter must be fresh. No need of fermentation otherwise it may absorb more oil.
