Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupsdosa batter 3:1ratio(dosa rice and urad dal)
  2. 1medium onion chopped
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 Tbspfinely chopped ginger
  5. 1 sprigcurry leaves chopped
  6. 1/2 Tspblack pepper powder/ green chilli
  7. as per requirementOil/ghee to roast

Cooking Instructions

    Ensure fermentation of batter. After fermentation add salt and mix well.

    Mix all the chopped ingredients.

    Clean and heat the skillet with little oil/ghee. Spread a ladle full batter and then add the chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves mixture.

    Cook both the sides of Uttapam. Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
