For a few years I was working a part-time job where I was basically a fake bar tender. My boyfriend asked me for a cool-looking and great-tasting cocktail so I came up with this whilst talking to him about what we had available to use in our fridge.I used this blue curacao that has an orange flavor. I really recommend it, it's from a brand called "BOLS". Recipe by Niacchi

The recipe online called for a shaker and muddling but I just wanted to use my new blender. I love gin and any excuse to make a nice cocktail. Other than the sugar explosion when I was trying to take the lid off to prepare the simple syrup, this was easy!

Served at Christmas today and got "Oh YU-UM"

Well I had to have some homemade cranberry relish. One of my fall favorites. Well after I made it I had some nice juice left over in the pot. I couldn't waste it. So finally I after entire 2 mins lol. I came up with a great way to use that left over juice. Bingo the sparkling cranberry cocktail was born. I hope yoy about it.
