  2. 200 grGround Beef (more will be better)
  3. 5 pcsGarlic
  4. 1/2 pcOnion
  5. 3 pcsRed Chili
  6. 11 pcsSmall Green Chili (the result is spicy, use only half if you dont like spicy taste)
  7. 1 pcGinger
  8. 2 sdmSweet Soy Sauce
  9. 2 sdmOyster Sauce
  10. 1 sdmTotole / Chicken Powder
  11. 1/2 sdtSugar
  12. 1/4 sdtSalt
  13. 1/4 sdtPepper Powder
  14. 200 mlWater
  15. Cooking Oil

Cara Membuat

    Prepare the ingredients

    Chop onion, garlic, ginger, and chili

  3. 3

    Boil 200ml water and cook the baby chickpeas for 2 mins

  4. 4

    Throw the water, put the chickpeas in a container

  5. 5

    Start frying Garlic, Ginger and Onion. After smells good put the beef

  6. 6

    Mix, after the beef turn slightly brown put the chili. Stir well and put the water in

    After all the ingredients mixed with water, put the rest of the seasoning (Salt, Sugar, Oyster Sauce, and Sweet Soy Sauce)
    Mix well, and close with the lid for 1 min

    Put in the chickpeas, mix and close the lid for 5 - 10 mins (try the chickpeas is it cooked enough)
