  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped tomato
  4. 1/4 cupboiled peas
  5. 1 tsppav bhaji masala
  6. 1/4 tsphaldi
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  9. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  10. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  11. as requiredsalt to taste
  12. 8-10curry leaves
  13. 2green chilli
  14. As requiredChopped coriander
  15. 2 tspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread in medium size pieces

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli saute for some seconds, on medium flame.

    Add onion saute onion till light golden in colour. Add chopped garlic, saute for a minute.

    Add haldi, tomato & give it a good mix, add red chilli powder, chaat masala, pavbhaji masala, mix everything & saute for few seconds.

    Add boiled peas, salt mix well, add bread pieces & coriander, mix till everything is well combined, Switch off the flame.

    Transfer in a serving bowl, for garnishing sprinkle fresh chopped coriander on top.

    Bread Upma is ready to serve. Serve hot.
