Steps

Cut the edges of the brown bread slices.

Now apply green coriander chutney on one bread slice and tamarind chutney on the other bread slice.

Place 3 bread slices on one another as shown and place it on the non stick pan with only few drops of oil.

Now remove the sandwich from the pan once cooked from both the sides. Heat oil in a tempering pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves. Pour this tempering on the sandwich.

Cut it into 4 pieces and serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
