Ingredients

  1. For custard
  2. 3 cupsmilk
  3. As Per TasteSugar
  4. 7-8 tspvanilla custard powder
  5. As RequiredVanilla tutti fruity cake
  6. 3-4bananas, peeled and chopped
  7. 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
  8. 1kiwi
  9. 1/2 bowleach of black and green grapes
  10. 1/2 bowlpomegranate
  11. 5-6strawberry
  12. 10-15almonds
  13. 10-15cashews

Cooking Instructions

    For the custard cake layer pudding

    Mix custard powder into ¼ cup of room temperature milk and keep aside.

    Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and add sugar.
    Mix well to dissolve the sugar and then slowly stir in the custard powder mixture into the boiling milk, stirring continuously

    Make sure the mixture does not burn at the bottom of the pan.
    Keep stirring until it thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and let it cool

    For the fruits layer:
    Peel and chop apples and bananas into small pieces.
    Cut kiwis, strawberry grapes into halves

    For the nuts layer:
    Cut almonds and cashews

    In a large deep serving bowl, start layering the custard at the bottom of the dish evenly.

    Put pieces of cakes on fruit and nut layer

  9. 9

    Top with another layer of custard and then continue

  10. 10

    Cover the bowl with cling wrap or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours

    Serve it cool
