Ingredients

Half hour
2 people, 14 pancakes
  1. 1/2 cupwheatberries, make 1 cup spelt flour when ground fine
  2. 1/2 cupbuckwheat
  3. 2 Tbsmolten butter
  4. Cupmilk
  5. Cupbuttermilk
  6. 2eggs
  7. Tspbaking powder
  8. Tspbaking soda
  9. Tbsapple cider vinegar
  10. Tspseasalt

Cooking Instructions

Half hour
  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients with whisk, add wet ingredients, rest.

  2. 2

    Test bake 2 Tbs batter in dry cast iron enameled skillet

  3. 3

    Fry till bubbles form

  4. 4

    Flip, fry same time on other side

  5. 5

    Keep warm under kitchen towel, serve. Freezes well, reheat 11 seconds in microwave.
