Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGram flour (baisan)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/2 cupcabbage shredded
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt (to taste)
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric
  7. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tspcumin
  9. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds
  10. 2green chillies
  11. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  12. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all seasonings in flour. Slice the onion and shredd the cabbage.chop green chilli & coriander

  2. 2

    Add water in flour and make smooth batter without lumps. It should not be too runny neither too thick. Add vegies in batter & mix well.

    Add a dallop full of batter in hot oil and fry to golden at medium flame

  4. 4

    Enjoy with ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
