Chocolate Coffee Scones Chocolate Coffee Scones
I love coffee and scones, so I created coffee flavoured scones. It's a great match with the bitterness of coffee and sweet chocolate chips. I like the volume and texture of the scones from Starbucks, so I tried to recreate it in my recipe. The most important point is mixing it all quickly while everything is still cold.I have confidence that my scones can compete with those from coffee shops. Please enjoy while having hot coffee at your home café.If you make these with a heart shape, it would be a great gift for Valentine’s Day! For 8 scones. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Hacked Coconut Flour / Chocolate Biscuits (gluten free/low cal) Hacked Coconut Flour / Chocolate Biscuits (gluten free/low cal)
I hacked another persons recipe (Coconut Flour biscuits from The Coconut Mama). I wanted a dessert/cookie. I ended up with something I best can call a cookie/biscuit that would go excellent with tea or coffee. You can let these sit on the counter or in the refrigerator uncovered for a few days and they will become very much like biscotti.. Choose when you want to seal them in a bag for the chew/crispness you want. This makes 10-12 items, depends on the size you make your biscuits. They complete recipe is about 380-460 depending on if you discount the fiber or not.Food Hacker

Corn biscuit Corn biscuit
friable corn biscuits are cooked very easily. The oil should be at room temperature and well warmed up. we separate the protein from the yolk, we only need the yolk.rub the butter with yolk, add condensed milk and sugar. mix well. We sift the corn flour and add it to the dough. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. the oven is heated up to 180 degrees. We bake cookies for 12-15 minutes.Iryna Shypitsyna
