  1. 1Small dudhi
  2. 1tb. spoon. chana dal soak in water for 1 hour
  3. 2 t.spoon. oil. Rai, salt as require
  4. 1 t.spoon. mirchi,1/4 t.spoon. haldi powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut dudhi into small piecrs. Wash siaked chana dal. Remove water.

    In pan add oil, rai. Add dudhi,haldi, mirchi powder, chana dal & little water

  3. 3

    Cook till,done. Garnish with coriand.er
