Ingredients

40 minutes
5 to 7 people
  1. For mango pulp: 500 grams ripe mangoes
  2. For custard: 500 ml mik
  3. Sugar as required
  4. 2 tbspcustard powder
  5. 1/4 cupcold milk
  6. Pinchorange food colour
  7. 1 cupsmall size rasgulla
  8. 1 cupfresh milk
  9. Some mango pieces for garnishing
  10. 2 tbspalmond slits
  11. 2 tbsppistachio slits

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan,add milk on medium flame 🔥.then add sugar and mix well until sugar completely dissolves.

    Then in another bowl add custard powder and milk.whisk it well so that there are no lumps in it.add the custard mixture and mix well.

    Add rasgulla, almond and pistachio slits.mix well.then put it for 1 or 2 hours.

    Serve mango delight with mango pices.
