  2. 1 spoonblack pepper
  3. 1 spoonsambar dal
  4. 1/4sooon turmeric powder
  5. 1/4asafoetida
  6. 1green chillies
  7. Pink salt to taste
  8. 1/2 spoonjeera
  9. 2-3stem of curry leaves
  10. leavesSome coriander
  11. 1 spoonsesame oil
  12. 1small amla size tamarind
  13. 1/4 spoonmustard seeds
  14. 3Kandan tripoli, 1 arisi thipili

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the sambar dal, Pepper, jeera, dhanya, Kandan triphili, arisi thipili
    2. Take the tamarind juice, add salt and turmeric. Boil it for 7-10 mints

    3. Make fine powder of dry roasted items along with that add one green chillies,curry leaves,
    4. Add the mixture in boiled tamarind water allow to boil for 5 mints
    5. Add curry leaves,

    6. In a pan add one spoon of oil, mustard, one red 🌶, asafoetida, fry well and add it (you can add one spoon ghee) for tadka if you want only, you can use sambar dal boiled water
