Cooking Instructions

Boil the milk. Add lemon juice to the milk when it boils.

Once the milk gets coagulated, strain the lumps in a cloth.

Once the water is absorbed, collect the Paneer lumps in a mixer jar and add Oregano, Chili flakes, Cheese cubes and Salt into it and then grind the same. The spread is ready.

This homemade cheese spread can be served with paratha and bread.
