Ingredients

  1. 2 pc.Bread
  2. 1 tsp.Butter
  3. 1/2 pc.Onion
  4. 1/2 pc.Cucumber
  5. 1 pc.Tomato
  6. 1 pc.Boiled aloo
  7. 1 tbsp.Corriender mint chutney
  8. 1/4 tsp.Chaat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp.Pepper powder crushed
  10. For Chutney
  11. 1/2 cupcorriender
  12. 1 tbsp.Mint
  13. 4-5green chilli
  14. 3-4garlic
  15. 1 tspginger
  16. 1 tsp.Butter
  17. 1 tbsp.Pea nuts
  18. as per taste Salt
  19. 1 tsp.lemon juice
  20. 1 cubecheese
  21. Ketchup and chutney to serve

Cooking Instructions

    For Chutney :-Take all ingredients in a chutney jar and churn make thick chutney.

    Now take a bread cut the edges and apply butter. Apply green chutney on both bread.Sprinkle chaat masala.

    Now peel cucumber,potato,onion and make a ring. Sprinkle chaat masala and pepper powder. Cut tomato ring and sprinkle chaat masala.And arrange on a bread grate cheese, sprinkle chaat masala pepper powder and cover another bread. Cut and serve. Great cheese and serve with ketchup and chutney.
