2table spoon lemon juice
2table olive oil
stickcinnamon
mix spice Masala for all food
As neededgarlic powder
As neededred pepper flakes
3cardamom
As neededcherry tomatoes
1/4potato
1/2small onion
pinchcrashed black pepper

Put the meat in oven dish.

Add all the spice,soya, lemon and oil keep it overnight.

Add tomatoes, potato and onion.

Cover with foil put in oven 180 for 1 to 11/2 hours.

You can also do lambchop
