  1. 500 gmnendran banana
  2. 2 spoonpea nuts
  3. 1 spoon cumin seeds
  4. 2 dry Kashmiri chilli
  5. 1 spoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 spoon coriander powder
  8. 1 spoon sugar
  9. 1 spoon lemon juice
  10. 3/4 spoon oil
  11. 2 green chilli
  12. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  13. Salt to taste

    Assemble all the ingredients

    STEPS:

    Wipe and clean the bananas with a wet cloth.dice into small rounds as shown in the picture
    Take oil in a pan. Add jeera and hing.add the diced banana rounds.cover it with a lid.it will take approximately 20 -25 minutes to cook
    Take a pan.add jeera,dry red chillies and groundnuts. Sautee for a while. Cool.crush in a mixie
    when the bananas is ready,add all the masalas to it. Mix well. Add the crushed peanuts mixture to it. Mix well.

    Nendran banana sabji is ready to serve
